The LRS Maintenance Department is comprised of managers, administrators, and technicians in every office location. Each branch office manages its own maintenance work. Local staff thereby forges deeper relationships with client property owners, the tenants affected by maintenance issues, and also has a good rapport with other service professionals, such as plumbers and electricians, who are sometimes called in to assist with a project on an emergency basis.
